The first idea, “Command Central,” intended as pre-launch education on the MOA, drew the metaphoric comparison between the mTOR pathway inside a cancer cell and the command central desk of a high-tech organization. The second concept, “Power Grid,” was branded (name changed here) and explains how the drug could disrupt a tumor’s internal power grid by inhibiting or “pulling the plug” on mTOR.
